연한 화이트와인빛이 잔에 맑게 감도는 글렌 그란트 1972는 반세기 전 병입된 스페이사이드의 오래된 얼굴이다. 향에서는 갓 자른 풋사과와 분필 같은 미네랄, 오래된 구리의 담백한 내음이 산뜻하게 오른다. 입에서는 허브와 광물성 위로 레몬과 자몽의 상큼하고 새콤한 결이 또렷하게 번진다. 40도의 담백한 몸을 지나 소금기와 분필, 레몬의 건조한 여운이 은은한 훈연과 함께 남는다.

very refreshing, with notes of cut apples (tart granny smith) and a little chalk, with a moderate porridgeness and some old metal (old copper coins, old tools)… More dry character than in recent young OBs
restaurant Palate
it’s really herbal and mineral at first sipping, and gets then tart, almost acidic, with a lot of lemon as well as a feeling of grapefruit. There’s something very pleasantly better (Fernet Branca)
timer Finish
medium, dry, with touches of salt and even more chalk and lemon. I’d swear there’s a little smoke in the aftertaste
