Tasting Notes
맑은 화이트 와인빛이 잔에 옅게 감도는 이 글렌 그란트 1970은 반세기를 건너온 오래된 스페이사이드 몰트다. 향은 갓 자른 풋사과와 백묵, 오래된 구리 동전 같은 마른 금속 내음이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 40도의 입은 허브와 미네랄로 시작해 레몬과 자몽의 상큼한 산미로 또렷하게 발전한다. 마무리는 소금기와 백묵, 레몬이 마르게 이어지고 끝에는 옅은 연기의 기운이 스친다.

air Nose
very refreshing, with notes of cut apples (tart granny smith) and a little chalk, with a moderate porridgeness and some old metal (old copper coins, old tools)… More dry character than in recent young OBs
restaurant Palate
it’s really herbal and mineral at first sipping, and gets then tart, almost acidic, with a lot of lemon as well as a feeling of grapefruit. There’s something very pleasantly better (Fernet Branca)
timer Finish
medium, dry, with touches of salt and even more chalk and lemon. I’d swear there’s a little smoke in the aftertaste
