Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 갓 자른 풋사과와 분필 같은 광물감, 옅은 곡물이 명확하게 드러난다. 오래된 동전 같은 금속 뉘앙스가 옛 글렌 그란트의 건조한 개성을 보여준다. 팰럿은 40도의 가벼운 질감 속에 허브와 광물, 레몬과 자몽의 산미가 또렷하게 발전한다. 1969년 증류한 오래된 병입답게 요즘과 다른 드라이한 성격이 인상적이다. 여운은 짭짤한 소금기와 분필, 레몬으로 마무리되며 옅은 훈연이 남는다.

very refreshing, with notes of cut apples (tart granny smith) and a little chalk, with a moderate porridgeness and some old metal (old copper coins, old tools)… More dry character than in recent young OBs
restaurant Palate
it’s really herbal and mineral at first sipping, and gets then tart, almost acidic, with a lot of lemon as well as a feeling of grapefruit. There’s something very pleasantly better (Fernet Branca)
timer Finish
medium, dry, with touches of salt and even more chalk and lemon. I’d swear there’s a little smoke in the aftertaste
