노즈에서는 1987년 모틀락 32년의 미트한 캐릭터 위에 1st 필 올로로소 마무리의 검붉은 단맛이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 가죽, 마른 무화과, 옅은 유황의 향이 정연하게 흐른다. 팰럿은 50.7%의 도수가 묵직하게 입을 채우며 흑설탕, 다크 초콜릿, 약한 정향으로 발전한다. 모틀락 특유의 무거운 골격이 32년의 시간 끝에도 단단하게 드러난다. 피니시는 시가와 무화과의 잔향이 길게 이어진다.
