짙은 호박빛이 잔에 묵직하게 잠겨 있다. 1974년 모틀락 27년이 46도의 알코올로 던지는 향에서는 묵은 가죽과 검은 자두, 옅은 고기 육수의 기운이 또렷이 풀려나간다. 한 모금 머금으면 흑설탕과 호두, 마른 무화과가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 모틀락 특유의 묵직한 골격이 단단히 잡아준다. 여운에는 묵은 오크와 가벼운 가죽, 비터 카카오가 길게 이어진다.
