잔을 가까이 하면 시나몬 슈거와 구운 사과가 먼저 두드러지고 뒤로 바닐라가 받친다. 팰럿에서는 진한 캐러멜과 메이플이 넓게 퍼지며 육두구가 그 위에 얇은 층을 만든다. 싱글 배럴 특성상 개체 편차가 있으나 헤븐힐 특유의 곡물 단맛이라는 축은 흔들리지 않는다. 물 없이 마실 때 향과 맛의 방향이 가장 정확하게 일치한다. 피니시는 구운 견과와 마른 오크로 정리된다.
