잔에 잠긴 깊은 마호가니빛이 1939년에 증류된 원액이 50년을 견뎌낸 무게를 그대로 드러낸다. 노즈에는 잘 익은 무화과와 마른 가죽, 옅은 흙냄새가 깊게 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 다크 초콜릿과 호두 껍질, 진한 자두가 두꺼운 단맛으로 흐르고 40도의 부드러운 알코올이 단정한 균형을 만든다. 스페이사이드 모틀락의 노장다운 깊이가 마지막 여운까지 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.

restaurant Palate
creamier and also peatier, smokier. The balance is really perfect in this one, with bunches of fruit jams, eucalyptus candies. Superb vivacity brought by some tropical fruits such as passion fruit and kiwi. Lots of herbs too. Long, bold finish, with some smoke, peat and quite some tannins.
