잔벽을 따라 술을 굴리면 옅은 화이트 와인빛이 천천히 잔 벽에 매달린다. 코를 가까이 대면 사과 껍질과 그래니스미스, 인동꽃 같은 밝은 향이 먼저 인사한다. 묵직한 몰트라크의 육향은 이번엔 비켜서 있다. 한 모금 머금으면 젤리와 그레나딘 같은 달콤함이 혀에 감기고 흰 복숭아와 레몬그라스가 상큼하게 뒤를 잇는다. 삼키면 43도가 가볍고 산뜻하게 넘어간다. 레몬과 모히토를 닮은 청량한 뒷맛이 중간 길이로 남는다.

we're at the bone here, as we say, with whiffs of apple peel, granny smith, woodruff and elder flowers, honeysuckle, gooseberries… Well while the Equinox was for winter, this is for early spring. No actual meaty and/or sulphury tones this time
