Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 흙내가 짙게 깔리고 고사리와 이끼, 오래된 천과 나무 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 모틀락 특유의 묵직한 증류액다운 깊이가 또렷하다. 팰럿은 한결 화사하게 박하와 오렌지, 헤더 꿀, 모과 젤리가 발전하며 자두 리큐어와 들장미 열매차의 새콤함이 균형 있게 이어진다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 꿀의 단맛과 아주 옅은 훈연, 유칼립투스가 깊게 머문다. 셰리 캐스크로 숙성한 모틀락 20년의 흙내 짙은 복합미가 명확하게 드러난다.

this one’s even earthier, but in a way, there was more happening in the 16. This 20 is rather more on fern, moss, old fabric, old wood… Don’t get me wrong, it’s lovely, but the 16 was much brighter, and more entertaining
