멀 섬 토버모리 항구의 짭조름한 바닷바람과 1차 충전 올로로소 셰리가 레다익 1997 빈티지의 24년 토탄 숙성에 짠 셰리 토탄 결을 새겼다. 잔에는 짙은 호박빛이 잠겨 있고 노즈에는 올로로소가 풀어놓은 그을린 토탄, 건자두, 짠 미네랄의 향이 또렷이 깃든다. 입에 들어오면 52.3도의 알코올과 함께 훈제 무화과, 흑설탕 토피, 짭짤한 캐러멜의 풍미가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 여운은 멀 섬 특유의 짠 토탄과 셰리로 길게 이어진다.
