잔을 흔들면 붉은 기가 도는 갈색이 유리벽에 얇게 번진다. 코를 가져가면 메이플 시럽과 구운 사과가 먼저 열리고 그 뒤에 향신료가 선다. 한 모금을 머금고 굴리면 50도의 힘이 혀 뒤쪽을 밀어붙이며 토피와 흑후추를 남긴다. 넘긴 다음에는 볶은 커피와 오크가 붙어 여운을 길게 끌고 간다. 켄터키 바즈타운의 헤븐힐이 만든 보틀링이다.
