Tasting Notes
잔에 깊은 황금빛이 윤기 있게 고인다. 토버모리가 빚은 피트 원액 레다이그 1972는 오크 캐스크에서 22년을 보내며 잔잔한 이탄 연기와 잘 익은 과일, 옅은 바닷내음을 섬세하게 풀어낸다. 51.3도의 도수가 입에서는 훈연한 꿀과 밀랍, 짭조름한 미네랄로 매끄럽게 흐른다. 반세기 전 멀 섬에서 빚어진 이 노장은 오래된 피트의 우아함을 증언한다. 여운에는 잔잔한 연기와 소금기, 오크의 온기가 길게 남는다.
