버번 호그스헤드에서 18년을 숙성한 세월이 토버모리 특유의 바다 내음을 부드럽게 다듬어 놓았다. 우드가 내어준 바닐라와 잘 익은 배, 옅은 밀랍 향이 코를 먼저 감싼다. 55도의 입에서는 보리사탕과 레몬 껍질, 가벼운 소금기가 균형 있게 퍼진다. 멀 섬의 습한 공기를 머금은 몰트가 옅은 황금빛으로 잔에 잠기고, 여운은 은은한 훈연과 후추로 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.
