노즈에서는 흙내와 요오드 팅크를 닮은 약재 향이 먼저 두드러지고, 갓 쪼갠 나무와 사과 껍질이 뒤따른다. 토버모리 특유의 거친 기운이 절제된 깔끔한 스타일이며, 물을 더하면 초석과 스모키한 잉크로 발전한다. 팰럿은 레이딕을 떠올리게 하는 짭짤한 피트의 긴장감으로, 레몬과 바닷물, 칠리의 매운기가 재를 두른 채 이어진다. 버번 캐스크 21년 53.4도의 구조가 단단하고, 피니시는 길고 매우 짜다.

This one seems to be rather approachable, ‘normal’ in a way, earthy, medicinal (tincture of iodine), with some freshly broken wood, apple peeling, mushrooms?
