잔을 감싸 쥐고 체온으로 데운 뒤 흔들면 향이 눈에 띄게 열린다. 코를 가져가면 흑설탕과 구운 피칸이 앞서고 그 사이로 가죽과 담배 향이 비친다. 한 모금을 머금으면 묵직하게 입을 채우는 단맛 뒤로 호밀의 후추기가 솟는다. 삼킨 다음에는 크렘브륄레의 탄 설탕이 입천장에 남아 다음 한 모금을 부른다. 싱글 배럴다운 개성이 분명한 헨리 맥케나다.
