향의 중심축은 캐러멜이다. 그 주변으로 오렌지 껍질과 정향이 얇게 걸쳐 있어 단조롭지 않다. 한 모금 넘기면 50도의 도수가 혀 위를 묵직하게 채우고 옥수수 유래의 단맛이 넓게 퍼진다. 중반 이후 라이 스파이스가 올라오며 흐름이 날카로워진다. 여운은 길지 않으나 오크와 검은 후추의 인상이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 배럴 하나에서 나온 술이라 개체 차가 그대로 드러난다.
