Tasting Notes
잔을 천천히 돌리면 27년 셰리 캐스크 글렌로시스 1966의 짙은 호박빛이 잔 벽을 따라 묵직하게 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 1966 빈티지 특유의 잘 익은 무화과와 묵은 가죽, 시가 박스가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 한 모금을 머금으면 51.3도의 단단한 알코올이 입천장을 채우고 건포도, 다크 초콜릿, 옅은 향신료가 풀린다. 삼킨 뒤에는 짙은 셰리와 묵은 오크가 길게 따라온다.
