Tasting Notes
노즈에서 가장 먼저 잡히는 것은 잘 익은 오렌지와 건포도, 바닐라 커스터드의 향이다. 셰리 버트에서 19년을 보낸 글렌로시스 1997은 풍성한 단 향이 뚜렷하게 앞선다. 입에서는 46도의 도수가 부드럽게 받쳐주며 말린 과일과 시나몬, 구운 견과가 발전한다. 스페이사이드 셰리 몰트다운 둥근 질감과 균형이 입안에 드러난다. 피니시는 향신료와 흑설탕의 단 여운이 길게 이어진다.

there are similarities and differences. The main differences are that it’s rather more mineral, chalkier, and grassy. I do not get much blossomy stuff, but may is that me. What’s sure I that it’s more mature than the OB, and that it’s now lost any excessive porridge-y/ yeasty notes
restaurant Palate
fruitier, brighter, and more potent than the OB. Apple sweets, Spanish green apple liqueur, white pepper, a little barley syrup, perhaps white cherries… Fizzy orange sweets. Now the whole remains a little rough
timer Finish
again, rather grassier and more peppery than other (very good) Glenrothes by Wemyss
