Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 글렌로시스 특유의 잘 익은 과실과 보리 단맛이 먼저 두드러지고, 엑스 버번 호그스헤드에서 온 바닐라와 꿀, 옅은 향신료가 또렷하게 따라온다. 27년 숙성이 빚어낸 풍성하고 둥근 향의 결이 인상적이다. 입에서는 51.1도의 도수가 잘 익은 사과와 토피, 가벼운 오크 스파이스를 균형 있게 밀어 올려 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 마른 과실과 옅은 향신료가 길게 이어지는, 오래 숙성된 스페이사이드의 우아함을 명확하게 보여준다.
