구리 주전자 같은 색이 잔 안쪽을 가득 메운다. 첫 향은 토피와 구운 피칸이며 잠시 뒤 말린 체리가 새콤하게 열린다. 잔에 오래 두면 나무의 향이 한층 선명해진다. 한 모금은 기름진 결로 혀를 덮고 흑설탕과 계피를 나란히 남긴다. 헨리 맥케나 10년은 배럴 하나에서만 나온 술이라 병마다 미세한 차이를 지닌다. 여운에서는 오크의 쓴맛이 은은하게 오래 간다.
