Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 셰리 버트에서 온 과일 샐러드와 커스터드, 오렌지꽃 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 1988년 증류해 23년을 보낸 이 글렌로시스는 블랙애더 로 캐스크 방식으로 여과 없이 병입돼 질감이 두껍다. 팰럿에서는 52.5도의 도수 위로 오크에서 숙성된 윌리엄스 배와 어린 칼바도스 같은 뉘앙스가 발전한다. 셰리의 단맛과 과일의 산미가 맞물려 구조감이 뚜렷하다. 여과하지 않은 방식이 셰리 캐스크의 향신료와 질감을 고스란히 남겼다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 오렌지와 오크 향신료가 남는다.

a fruit salad topped with custard, honey and a little orange blossom water. Orange, bananas, pears, grapes, peaches… All nice and easy. With water: the barley comes out, together with a distant soapiness. Also chalk. All fine, no worries

oak-aged Williams pear! Which, incidentally, I like a lot. This is almost young calvados, fun stuff. With water: maybe not Michael Phelps. That’s strange because sister casks used to swim well, but this baby becomes a little cardboardy. Just a little
timer Finish
medium length, more on oranges and oak spices. Better!
