스페이사이드 로시스의 글렌로시스는 둥글고 과일 풍부한 스타일로 알려진 증류소다. 버번 캐스크에서 20년을 보낸 1996년 원액은 잔에 밝은 화이트 와인빛을 담는다. 부드러운 커스터드와 구겔호프 케이크, 미라벨 자두와 밀 초콜릿의 향이 화사하고 케이크처럼 달게 오른다. 53.1도의 입에서는 몰트와 보리의 팽팽함에 핑크 자몽과 바나나, 잘 익은 사과와 배가 산뜻하게 흐른다. 여운은 중간 길이로 프루트케이크와 말린 배, 블러드 오렌지가 곱게 남는다.

air Nose
less demonstrative, obviously, but brighter, fresher, and much cakier. Soft custard, kougelhopf, mirabelles, muesli, milk chocolate (Lindt's creamiest - a sin), and perhaps pear cake. With water: but this is superb! Fresh quinces and jujubes, what could beat this?
restaurant Palate
extremely good malty, barley-y, tense and rather citrusy palate. Pink grapefruits and bananas, that's vacations indeed. With water: really very good, with bright orchard fruits such as apples, pears and greengages. It is almost refreshing
timer Finish
medium, perfect, on paler fruitcakes, if you see what I mean. Dried pears and blood oranges in the aftertaste, a combo that I always like a lot
