Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들어 향을 열면 리필 셰리가 남긴 밝은 금빛이 벽을 타고 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 글렌로시스 특유의 옅은 먼지 뉘앙스 위로 퍼티와 샌들우드, 딸기 사탕 같은 단내가 겹쳐 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 53.4도가 날카롭고 뜨겁게 번지며 꿀과 함께 비누 같은 꽃향을 혀 위로 밀어낸다. 삼킨 뒤에는 마른 오트밀과 향긋한 꽃 뉘앙스가 짧게 남아 1988년 23년 셰리 캐스크의 개성 강한 성격을 솔직하게 전한다.

slightly dusty, sharp and strangely ‘yogurty’. A funny mix of putty, sandalwood and then foam strawberry sweeties. Indeed, the whole profile shifts rather more towards sugary sweetness and some nicely honeyed qualities. With water: bracken, damp sawdust, crushed cream crackers, plain oatcakes and a bit of soggy cardboard

ouch! Extremely hot and sharp. And then… oh God, Millie! What are you doing to me? Soap suds, Fairy liquid, bath water and these kind of cheap ‘perfumed’ wood chunks you buy in naff Scottish tourist shops. Not great. With water: still strangely hot and very aggressive. Hot molten plastic, burnt polystyrene, acetone and more rather nasty soapiness
timer Finish
disappears mercifully fast but leaves behind this aftertaste riddled with floral soaps and hot plasticine
