Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 꿀과 당밀, 으깬 밤과 파이프 담배, 그 뒤로 태운 나무와 토피, 커피 리큐어가 층층이 명확하게 드러난다. 무화과와 홍차의 뉘앙스가 복합미를 더한다. 43도의 팰럿은 부드럽고 달게 열리며 다시 등장하는 밤 퓌레와 당밀, 클로버 꿀에 망고 잼과 카페라테의 크리미함이 맞물려 발전한다. 25년 숙성다운 원숙한 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 다소 짧지만 같은 결의 단맛이 이어진다. 오랜 세월을 보낸 글렌로시스 25년이다.

indeed, I wouldn't recognise it but I rather love it, with this honey, molasses, puréed chestnuts, pipe tobacco, this wee burnt wood, toffee, millionaire shortbread, coffee liqueur, fig liqueur, black tea… A rather perfect allrounder indeed.
