짙은 캐러멜빛이 잔 벽을 따라 느린 다리를 그린다. 향은 잘 익은 체리와 당밀이 중심을 잡고 마른 오렌지 껍질이 위를 밝힌다. 입에서는 흑설탕과 계피가 맞물려 입천장을 천천히 덮는다. 싱글 배럴 병입인 만큼 이 병은 과실 쪽 단맛이 조금 더 앞서 있다. 여운은 마른 오크와 코코아로 길게 잦아든다. 1999년이라는 시간이 끝맛에 조용히 배어 있다.
