노즈에서는 잘 익은 옥수수의 단내와 바닐라가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 헤븐힐 증류소의 10년 숙성이 새 오크의 캐러멜 톤을 충분히 끌어냈다. 팰럿은 50도 병입답게 두껍고 진하며 흑설탕과 시나몬이 중심을 잡는다. 중반부터 라이 특유의 후추 향신료가 명확하게 드러나 단맛을 눌러준다. 피니시는 건조한 오크 탄닌과 옅은 담뱃잎으로 길게 이어진다. 보틀드 인 본드 규격이 주는 구조감이 처음부터 끝까지 단단한 헨리 맥케나다.
