노즈에서는 구운 견과와 캐러멜이 명확하게 드러나고 배경에 마른 오크가 깔린다. 싱글 배럴이라 같은 라벨에서도 향의 균형이 갈린다. 팰럿은 토피와 계피로 열려 중반에 후추로 이동한다. 50도의 도수가 향신료를 선명하게 만든다. 여운은 오크 탄닌과 코코아로 정리되며 길이는 짧지 않고 마무리가 깔끔하다. 도수에 비해 자극이 앞서지 않는 구성이다.
