restaurant Palate

I hate it that I quite enjoy this heavy, slightly stuffy concoction. Bitter chocolate, walnut wine, oloroso indeed, tobacco, bitter oranges, pickled ginger, pepper, leather… With water: same, only a notch grassier, with a limy backbone

timer Finish

long, and quite curiously, fresher and zestier, with more lemons
