Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 돌리면 맑은 금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 천천히 미끄러진다. 코끝에 가져가면 하이랜드 클라이넬리시 특유의 왁스 같은 질감과 레몬, 꿀 향이 또렷이 올라온다. 세컨드필 버번에서 30년을 채운 이 보틀링을 한 모금 머금으면 매끄러운 밀랍과 잘 익은 과일, 옅은 소금기가 혀를 따라 흐른다. 45.9도를 삼키면 시트러스와 왁스의 깔끔한 끝맛이 입안에 길게 이어진다.

extremely close at first nosing, maybe a tad more closed but that may come from the higher ABV. Let's just give this one a little more time Indeed, it develops in a slightly different direction, with a little more flowery notes (violets) and maybe a little more smoke but other than that it's just the same whisky - which is good news
restaurant Palate
same whisky indeed, with just a little more oomph and, maybe, a little more 'sugariness'. Marginally less complex but with a similar finish, with maybe just a little salt this time. Very good again, no reasons to give this one a different rating. 85 points . Clynelish 1992/2006 (46%, Berry Bros & Rudd, cask #7168)
