잔에서 처음 읽히는 향은 캐러멜과 구운 아몬드이며 뒤쪽에 마른 살구가 따라온다. 10년 숙성 표기가 향의 성숙도와 어긋나지 않는다. 팰럿에서는 토피와 시나몬이 순서대로 나타나고 중반부터 오크 탄닌이 단맛을 정리한다. 알코올은 100프루프라는 도수 대비 잘 눌려 있다. 여운은 그을린 나무와 후추로 마무리된다. 단맛과 우드의 비중이 후반까지 유지된다.
