Tasting Notes
Colour
white wine
air Nose
exactly a blade. As we sometimes say, it cuts you into two halves of exactly the same dimensions. Lime, chalk, mercurochrome, rhubarb and basta. With water: porridge and damp oatcakes. Grapefruits and a tiny bit of passion fruit
restaurant Palate
ziiiing! Well in the style of these youngish naked malts by the SMWS from that time, the Broras for example. Pure, crystalline, high-definition wax and lemon. Incredibly sharp, in all senses. With water: keeps sending shivers down your spine, but this lemon marmalade is of the highest possible grade
timer Finish
long, immaculate, amazing. Salty aftertaste
