노즈에서는 그을린 설탕과 마른 나무가 가장 먼저 두드러지며 단 향은 뒤에서 천천히 올라온다. 배럴마다 우드 개입 정도가 갈리는 보틀링이다. 팰럿은 흑설탕과 후추가 동시에 도달하고 중반에 가죽이 얹힌다. 50도의 도수가 향신료를 선명하게 만든다. 여운은 담뱃잎과 오크 탄닌으로 길게 이어지며 뒷맛이 건조하게 정리된다. 향의 방향은 단맛보다 마른 우드 쪽에 가깝다.
