hem, not 100% sure. Meat extracts, soy sauce, plasticine, beef fat, Cuban cigars… The honeyed fruits aren't having the upper hand this far, that's for sure. With water: Marmite? A little basalt too…

not too sure. I'll ask the Sponge about the proportions, let's hope he'll give us the answers. I don't think the vatting was done in equal shares, but naturally, I could be totally wrong. With water: no, better now. Classic, cleaner wax and honeys coming through, mead, some savoury old pinot noir perhaps… It came to its senses and so have I
