잔벽을 따라 액체를 흘려보내면 굵고 느린 다리가 천천히 그려진다. 코를 대면 메이플 시럽과 구운 피칸이 앞서고 그 뒤로 가죽이 옅게 깔린다. 한 모금 머금으면 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르는 단맛이 정향의 매운 기운과 정면으로 부딪친다. 빈 잔에 코를 대면 메이플과 마른 나무 향이 한참 머문다. 1999년 배럴에서 나온 이 보틀링은 삼킨 뒤 마른 참나무와 다크 초콜릿으로 마무리된다.
