Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 클라인리시 특유의 왁스 같은 결이 잔 벽에 매끄럽게 들러붙는다. 코끝으로 가져가면 레몬 커드와 밀랍, 옅은 바다 소금기가 어우러져 올라온다. 27년을 버번 캐스크에서 보낸 이 위스키를 한 모금 머금으면 49.3도의 부드러운 질감 위로 꿀과 시트러스, 가벼운 향신료가 차례로 번진다. 천천히 넘기면 왁스 같은 촉감과 짭조름한 단맛이 혀를 따라 길게 흐른다.

it slips down effortlessly, as we say. There are some peppery notes, citrus fruits, beeswax, and a dash of lemon juice that sharpens it, giving it a more pointed, nervous edge. There's a slight nod towards a 'Scottish daiquiri', if you will
