잔에서 올라오는 향은 캐러멜 팝콘과 구운 옥수수를 축으로 하며 시간이 지날수록 오렌지 껍질이 명확하게 드러난다. 켄터키 버번 특유의 달콤한 곡물 향이 전면에 있다. 입에서는 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르는 단맛 뒤로 시나몬과 정향이 순서대로 나타난다. 50도의 도수가 향신료를 밀어 올리는 역할을 한다. 여운은 오크 탄닌과 옅은 민트로 정리되며 이 보틀링의 구조감이 분명하게 남는다.
