super, clean, sharp, grassy and waxy Clynelish, with little fruitiness – almost none, actually – but a minerality that’s fantastic. A little vanilla and hints of green bananas that make a late arrival, as well as a little lemon and just hints of roses
restaurant Palate
excellent, rather earthy, leafy, rooty and of course waxy, with some orange zests and hints of cinchona. Funny notes of orange soda, slightly fizzy. Lemonade
timer Finish
rather long, with a little more pepper and a very waxy signature
