Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 1989 빈티지 클라인리시가 32년의 배럴 숙성 끝에 보여주는 옅은 왁스와 시트러스, 잘 익은 배 향이 가장 먼저 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 클라인리시 특유의 왁시 텍스처 위에 꿀과 오렌지 마멀레이드, 약한 후추가 균형 있게 발전한다. 44.2도의 도수가 노화된 향미의 섬세한 결을 단단히 지탱한다. 블랙애더 로 캐스크답게 가공이 절제되어 있다. 피니시는 왁스와 시트러스가 길게 이어진다.

the late 1980s are not quite part of the most famous vintages of Clynelish, but this time I doubt you could find more beeswax and warm pinewood anywhere else. Neither would you detect this much soft citrus (think pomelos, tangerine), then stewed rhubarb, or this perfect wonderful chalk/raw wool combination. A part reminds of some very chalky champagnes, minus the wee bubbles, naturally. Pure Clynelishness
restaurant Palate
30+ is such a perfect age. There's some tannicity for sure, but it's a greener kind that would rather remind us of some lovely apple peel and of high-end green tea, or Wulong as well. Behind that, all citrus you could think of plus the trademark waxiness, once again rather around beeswax than towards 'artificial' candles, paraffin or else. Amazing zesty development then, on grated grapefruit peel, yuzu and so on. Faultless, while strength and body are Picture-perfect
