잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 클라이넬리시 특유의 밀랍 같은 질감이 귤과 과일 껍질, 허브 향을 감아올린다. 코를 가져가면 퍼스트필 버번의 꿀 위로 분필 같은 미네랄과 옅은 버섯 향이 스친다. 한 모금 머금으면 53.5도가 매끈하게 퍼지며 왁스에 감싼 귤과 후추, 꿀을 남긴다. 물 한 방울에 라임의 산뜻함이 전체를 정돈한다. 목을 넘긴 뒤 밀랍과 감귤의 결이 길게 이어지다 옅어진다.

but how good is this! Just perfect, on wax-covered tangerines, pepper and honey. With water: can it get any more perfect than perfect? Possibly, as a touch of lime just rounds it all off
