북부 하일랜드 해안 브로라의 클라이넬리시는 바닷바람과 미네랄로 왁스 질감을 빚는다. 1997년 증류해 리필 버번 배럴에서 15년을 보낸 아델피 셀렉션으로, 잔에는 화이트 와인 같은 옅은 빛이 담긴다. 향은 광물성 미네랄과 밀랍, 바닷물과 풀내음이 서늘하게 열린다. 53.2도의 도수로 입안에서는 커다란 레몬과 왁스, 리슬링을 닮은 산뜻한 과실감이 팽팽하게 흐른다. 여운은 길고 깨끗하게 이어지며 순수한 시트러스의 결이 남는다.

yeah, a crisp, zesty, precise, full-bodied Clynelish that takes no prisoners, as they say. Big lemon, wax and… Riesling. Just wee touches of bubblegum as well. With water: no more bubblegum, rather kumquats and bergamots
