Tasting Notes
북부 하이랜드 브로라 해안의 클라이넬리시는 짭짤한 바닷바람과 특유의 왁스 같은 질감으로 유명하다. 1997년 빈티지를 18년 보낸 아델피 리미티드는 깊은 황금빛이다. 향은 잘 익은 과실과 꿀, 옅은 소금기가 드러나고, 55.5도의 한 모금엔 시트러스와 왁스, 광물 짠맛이 매끄럽게 번진다. 여운은 기름진 질감과 해풍의 미네랄이 길고 또렷하게 남는다.

air Nose
total wax and grass. You can’t make whisky that’s more austere. Flints, shoe polish, new £5 T-shirt form of those large killing brands (no names but you know where you may buy 5£ T-shirts, don’t you). With water: bandages!
restaurant Palate
there, peppered limoncello and chalk juice. A very blade-y, high-precision, sharp, millimetric Clynelish. The ones we enjoy most! With water: a wee tad more rounder citrus. Tangerines, perhaps
timer Finish
rather long, and rather rounder indeed. Beeswax and Corsican citron liqueur (as drops)
