Tasting Notes
리필 버번 호그스헤드가 14년 동안 클라이넬리시의 왁스 같은 질감을 은근하게 다듬는다. 하이랜드 증류소의 1993년 원액답게 사과와 파인애플의 에스테르 향이 통의 절제된 바닐라 위로 강하게 오른다. 입에서는 사과주스와 곡물의 단맛, 은은한 딜 같은 허브가 57도의 힘을 타고 진하게 흐른다. 절제된 리필 통이 증류소 특유의 기름진 왁스 캐릭터를 그대로 살려, 맑은 황금빛 잔 뒤로 과일과 허브의 여운이 길게 이어진다.

punchy, almost pungent, extremely spirity and estery. It smells like neutral apple spirit with hints of pineapples, mashed potatoes and porridge and faint whiffs of beer and peat

ah yes, now it’s nicer. Very sweet and grainy, with quite some apple juice, yoghurt, grains… At least, it does taste like whisky (somehow). Long finish, quite herbal (notes of dill). 70 points .
