Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 19년 숙성된 클라이넬리시 1989의 왁스 같은 질감과 과일 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 하이랜드 해안 증류소다운 밀랍과 잘 익은 배, 시트러스가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 55.4도에서 또렷하고 구조감이 단단하며 꿀과 살구, 은은한 소금기가 차례로 발전한다. 피니시는 클라이넬리시 특유의 기름진 질감과 오크 향신료가 길게 이어지며 단단하게 마무리된다.

the longer time it has spent in wood is really obvious here, as we get much more vanilla crème than in the others. More mint and pine resin as well, then much more farmy notes, cow stable, even manure. With water: fail! It got almost horrible, as weirdly metallic and chemical as the 1992 by Samaroli
restaurant Palate
totally excellent now, with just the right amount of maturing. Superb lemons, peppermint, a little honey, grapefruits, lemon pie, hints of dill, kiwi and icing sugar. Less wax and ‘minerality’ than in its siblings. With water: not a disaster like on the nose this time, not at all. Very enjoyable notes of citrus fruits and maybe just a little cardboard
