잔에는 옅은 황금빛이 부드럽게 비친다. 아일 오브 아란의 로크란자에서 1996년 빚어 28년을 리필 버번 호그스헤드에서 보내고 위스키 이즈 더 리미트가 인데인저드 시리즈로 병입한 보틀링이다. 향에는 잘 익은 멜론, 야생 꿀, 마른 꽃잎과 옅은 시트러스의 노트가 또렷이 드러난다. 50.8도의 도수가 입안에서 꿀과 구운 사과, 가벼운 오크 향신료의 균형을 단단히 보여준다. 여운은 흰 꽃과 마른 시리얼로 잔잔히 이어진다.

first feels like Sauternes on the nose, with apricots, quinces, mirabelles, honey… more custard pie then, Danishes, orange blossom water, some vanilla fudge and butterscotch… This one too I find very lovely. A malt that's pretty creamy on the nose. With water: closer to the barley, the earth, the grist and even the yeast
restaurant Palate
super good, with more sherry – or a feeling of sherry, with some leather, with some ginger, with some cinnamon, in short with some more present spicy oak. But no problems this far. With water: gets a tad drying now, perhaps. Chalky as far as texture is concerned
timer Finish
medium, with a little eucalyptus this time, and always this chalky, gritty texture
