Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 아란 특유의 잘 익은 시트러스와 2차 충전 버번에서 온 바닐라, 꿀 향이 가장 먼저 드러난다. 1996년 빈티지를 23년 숙성한 이 보틀링은 푸른 사과와 흰 꽃, 옅은 오크가 섬세하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 51.4도에서 깔끔한 균형을 보이며 배와 보리 단맛, 가벼운 향신료가 명확하게 드러난다. 도수가 가라앉으면 흰 꽃과 배의 결이 한층 드러난다. 피니시는 산뜻한 시트러스와 몰트의 여운이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 아란 섬 증류소의 청량한 과일 캐릭터가 단단하게 짜인 보틀링이다.
