Tasting Notes
옅은 금빛이 맑게 잔을 채운다. 아란 섬의 서늘한 바닷가에서 19년을 보낸 1996년 빈티지는 잘 익은 배와 자몽, 바닐라의 산뜻한 향을 깨끗하게 풀어낸다. 한 모금은 과수원 과일의 단맛과 시트러스의 산미가 생기 있게 번지며 옅은 소금기가 뒤를 스친다. 52.5도의 도수는 과일의 신선함을 또렷하게 받쳐 준다. 여운은 풋풋한 과일과 보리 단맛이 깔끔하게 이어지며 가볍고 상쾌하게 마무리된다.

there’s a mentholy, herbal side right away, then many stewed and dried fruits. Raisins, naturally, strong honey, mead, a touch of damp cardboard… With water: muesli and that silver spoon you’re using to eat that muesli. There has been some ‘tertiary agent’, just like in the DL, although it’s not that pronounced here
