Tasting Notes
잔을 들어 천천히 돌리면 퍼스트필 올로로소가 입힌 붉은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 진하게 돈다. 코끝으로 가져가면 아란다운 잘 익은 붉은 과일 위로 올로로소가 더한 건포도와 호두의 향이 풍성하게 피어오른다. 한 모금을 머금어 혀 위에서 굴리면 55.1도의 기운과 함께 자두잼과 토피, 가벼운 계피가 또렷하게 번진다. 입안에 머금은 술을 굴리면 아란다운 잘 익은 체리와 옅은 향신료가 한 겹 더 풍성하게 피어난다. 10년을 보낸 이 아일랜즈 위스키는 삼킨 뒤 셰리의 단맛과 향신료의 온기가 둥글게 감돈다.
