잔을 가까이 하면 셰리 버트 피니시에서 온 건과일과 버번 배럴의 바닐라가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 50도답게 균형이 단단하며 아란다운 산뜻한 과실에 건포도와 향신료가 또렷하게 발전한다. 피니시는 셰리의 단맛과 오크가 중간 길이로 이어진다. 19년 숙성으로 버번과 셰리의 이중 캐스크 구조감이 또렷하게 맞물린 한 병이다.
