첫인상은 캐러멜보다 오크에 가깝다. 갓 켠 참나무와 마른 향신료가 앞서고 바닐라는 그 뒤에서 천천히 발전한다. 팰럿에서는 옥수수 단맛이 넓게 깔린 뒤 계피와 후추가 방향을 잡는다. 10년의 숙성과 50도의 도수가 만드는 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 중간 이상 길이로 마른 오크가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 단맛을 앞세우기보다 마른 오크로 정리하는 성격의 보틀링이다.
