Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 아란 2000년 빈티지가 셰리 호그스헤드에서 17년 숙성한 흔적이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 54.6도의 알코올이 균형이 단단한 구조감을 만든다. 1995년에 재가동된 아란답게 캐릭터의 신선함이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 한 모금 머금으면 건포도와 살구잼, 약간의 가죽이 발전한다. 피니시는 셰리의 단맛과 짭조름한 섬 미네랄이 길게 이어진다. 프라이빗 캐스크 보틀링다운 개별성이 명확하게 드러난다.
